Fabius
March 25, 1854
To G.W.M. & J. B., Sirs,
I have got in the village of Fabius a cabinet & chair shop situated in the business part of the place which is doing a good business.  The place can be had on reasonable terms.  The country around is rich & pleasant & there is every facility for a young man to make money very fast.  If this should meet your favor, direct yours to H.T. Bumpur, Fabius, Onondaga Co., NY.
PS – The above was written by seeing to your notes in the Tibune.
